Network dongle starts & stops

Hello, on My old PB easy-note (mz36) I installed Linux mint + wifi dongle: 2,4GHZ+5GHZ IEEE 802.11 ac Mu-MIMO Wave 2 ac 1200 Mbps (Matshitauj-850: driver on CD).
Dongle can find and connect, but disconnects after a few moments.
