Unable to access linux

I tried installing GNOME desktop with kde plasma. Now I am unable to access the command line prompt after restart It goes straight to login with kde plasma it says. Xsession warning: unable to write to /tmp; X session may exit with an error. On clicking okay it comes back to the login screen

Completely stuck; what could be a solution...
