How does AntiX handle Secure Boot that makes it work where Debian's Secure Boot fails?

MX and AntiX are the only Debian-based distros apart from Ubuntu that I know that work with Secure Boot on a certain laptop, and I have tried lots. Can something be copied across from an AntiX live system to a Debian one and make the Debian work?
