Need to offline install xdotool on red hat 4.8

I have a machine, that I need to use xdotool on. It's running Red Hat 4.8. I tried installing it, however I get errors such as librt.so.1()(64bit) is needed by xdotool-1:2.20110530.1-7.el7.nux.x86_64. I can't connect the machine to the internet. So I will need to dl everything to a stick, and install it that way. I tried to install glib, ie (yum install glib-2.6-3.x86_64.rpm". However I get an error that ends with Errno 256 No more mirrors to try. So i can't install the dependencies. What do I have to do to install these, offline?
