DuckDuckGo rates Yahoo alongside this site!

I have mailboxes on both gmail and Yahoo. The Yahoo box is basically a honeytrap; I use it for commercial bodies that require an email address. The gmail account is mainly for mailing lists.
DDG rates sites for their privacy policies and, as you might guess, it gives Google a big fat D. LQ gets a B. But Yahoo also gets a B, which surprises me.
Surely Yahoo, like Google, survives by selling your data to advertisers, so how come they have a much better privacy rating?
