How To Edit PulseEffects

I downloaded Pulseeffects a few weeks ago and accepted the defaults. Now when I load it, it automatically loads into the background, and I can't bring it up to make changes. For that matter, I'm not sure it's loading, I need to check on that (here, Stacer, good boy...) It's there or at least logging...

I need to improve my podcast mic sound, and it seemed to be working. But a tad more bass would help.

Current system: Galago Pro 2, Linux Mint 19.3, 16 Gb RAM
