how do you update the hostname in Centos 7.6,

using a VMWare template the server is pre-populated with a hostanme, I need to change it. I've tried /etc/sysconfig/network, /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ens192, /etc/hosts.

Any help would be most appreciated.
