The Cleveland Browns have found their next general manager.

The Browns reached an agreement with Philadelphia Eagles executive Andrew Berry to make him their new general manager and executive vice president of football operations, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The hiring will be announced Monday afternoon, according to Schefter.

The 32-year-old Berry will become the NFL's youngest GM. He reportedly signed a five-year contract, added NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Berry will be paired with new head coach Kevin Stefanski, who took over from Freddie Kitchens. Kitchens was fired after failing to lead the Browns to the playoffs in his first year in charge.

The Browns also moved on from general manager John Dorsey after just over two seasons. Since taking over the Browns in 2012, the Haslam family has fired five general managers.

Berry previously spent three seasons in Cleveland as the team's vice president of player personnel from 2016-18 before joining the Eagles. He graduated cum laude from Harvard with a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in computer science.
