Panasonic CF-31 Display issue with RHEL 7.6

We have installed RHEL 7.6 workstation into one of our Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 laptop.
The laptop is working properly but we are facing an issue while adjusting laptop brightness. The system brightness is working properly like increasing or decreasing when the system is booting but brightness is going into a constant level after the system moves into RHEL 7.6. We are unable to control or change the display brightness even using "Fn" key or even by changing the brightness manually it from the display setting.*
Sometimes the system is hanging we are using 4 GB RAM in the laptop.
I here by request you to suggest us a solution to over come the issue.
