Wrong password lock screen

Hi there.
I use deepin 15.11 and the initial login works fine but when my laptop hibernates and i turn it on i write password to unlock but it always gave me error and I cant do login... Always error.. I have already tried to write password with the on screen keyboard and still cant login.. What could be the issue?
