Trouble with Xbox 360 xboxdrv loading at startup

I installed xboxdrv-linux-0.8.8 and I run the command Code:xboxdrv --chatpad --daemon --detach-kernel-driver --mouseDon't matter if I add it to Session and Startup, rc.local etc... it will only run in a terminal as root. I don't want to log into root every time just to jump start the driver. How do I fix this?
