How to apply KDE DPI settings in bash?

Hi, I have this font size problem I'm trying to fix.

I have Fedora (now 31!) and Cinnamon. Life is fine, I'm happy. But then I use kdenlivee, snap packages, and several others, and the fonts *for those programs* become so small that I almost need to get the magnifying glass.

I can fix this if I go to KDE System Settings in my system menu and adjust the font size and DPI and change them back (I don't know which fixes this, but I think the DPI). This then persists for the duration of my session. However, whenever I restart my computer, the font sizes for these programs become tiny again and I need to go through the steps of changing the font sizes and DPI, applying the change, and then changing them back to applying those changes. After this, the fonts are large again.

How can I apply the KDE font / DPI settings (kdeglobals and kcmfonts?) in the command line? I've looked online but cannot find this. If I knew, I could just manually run this at startup.
