Newbie introducing and how to restore Old Firefox files to the new one?

Hi every one. I am happy to be here, among people who still are wiling stretch a help hand to the fellow human being.
I am one of the best "software managers" , just not in machines, but in peoples heads.
I also can contribute with "rot" health tips, advise maintenance. There is a war on not corrupt software, like on machines like in peoples heads.
I guess we all are here like a "last mohicans" with strong spirit and free human will.
Like a free software is corrupt in order to get paid, gain advantage. Same is happening with bamboozled peoples minds. OK, it is enough about me lets talk about what you are interested.
This is my situation:
I have folder with old Firefox 66 (?) from mint 17.3 /home/sylvester/Desktop/mwad0hks.default
bookmarkbackups, browser-extension-data, crashes," (containing 99 items)," I want to reach them to my new installation mint 19.3 Firefox Version 72.0.2 (32-bit) I want to know - what I need to know? in order to reach it (which file to open with witch program?)
I see as a problem:
In my personal opinion detailed tutorial about how to make back up, step by step, with out assumption, that every one knows, with out missing steps for newbies". I tried to find and unsuccessful.
Suggestion:
So why not spend some time together and collectively create very meticulous tutorial about backing up soft where , because what ever it is for newbies like me it does not work. I am puzzled few days now and can not get it.
