I need a simple screen shot program with basic editor like LightShot.

Does anybody know of a free basic screen shot with editor - capture like LightShot but for debian linux. I found one called "Shutter" but can`t find a download site for it and the apt get command won`t work / i keep getting a error message.
There is source code but i know nothing about compiling etc. as i`m only a newbie to linux. I did search for a package but no luck.
Default package managers - Repo`s don`t have anything i already tried.
