cannot get size error apic halts 16.04 ubuntu uief generic.

in the title. enabling secure boot fixed the "cannot get uief db list" fixed the error in my last thread,so if diabling that is an option, just gets 2 errors instead of one. how do i fix my Z390 taichi to install?
