I have a very bad virus I am using Debian 9. It first comes up that you have very little space and it is a new install on 1000GB drive so there is a lot of room on the drive.
I have tried to use Clamav but it comes up for a user name and password. The user name and password for the computer or even root will not work so I tried the user name and password to get
onto the internet but did not work. I made up user name and password and that did not work. I have tried systemrescue CD and that is the same as Clamav. I believe this a very very bad virus and needs sum good brains to put a stop to it. can you please help me.
I cannot tell what type of virus it is just that it works very quick. I have got another drive and am running disk wipe to make good to install debian 9.12 then I will try to put clamav on it first may be that will get pass the password problem.
