Connecting to an Openldap server from a Windows-based client

I followed the following article:

to try and set up an Openldap server on my Redhat 7 virtual machine.
What I'm trying to do right now is connect to this server from my Windows 10-based client, which has the following fields to fill:

But I'm still unable to connect to this server. My guess is the Ldap URI is incorrect? If so and based on the article that I followed, what would the right URI be?
