Problem Installing Kali Linux

Hello guys, I've installed kali linux. but I got some problem when I installed it. First, when installing it has no GUI so I use the CLI and fill the repository then update and install the gdm3. There's success until I want to try installing something like java but it has some error ..
E:unable to locate package ....
Well, i've searching on youtube and google about this problem. But I didn't find any solutions. It said that I must fill the repository in the sources.list but I've fill that before when i'm installing. when I tried to fill thhat again and i open the src/apt/sources.list it said that Directory 'src/apt' does not exist
can you help me guys ;((( I really need helpp :(
