ugrade problem

Untill now no problem al all
Today: had to update clock after booting into KDE
Then after update and upgrade-all:
ERROR: Verification of the gpg signature on CHECKSUMS.md5
failed! This could mean that the file is out of date
or has been tampered with.
and
/user/sbin/slackpkg install
bash: /user/sbin/slackpkg: Bestand of map bestaat niet
slcakpkg does exists ??
Any body any clue??
