NFL players speak out against proposed CBA
The collective bargaining agreement proposed and approved by NFL owners on Thursday drew a hard response from the league's players.
If approved, the players would receive 47% of all revenue in 2020, improvements to working conditions, and a maximum $250,000 Week 17 check if the schedule is expanded to 17 games.
Among those unsatisfied with the offer were Houston Texans star J.J. Watt and NFLPA executive committee member Richard Sherman.
Hard no on that proposed CBA.

While the @NFL is laughably trying to sell 17 games for a profit, how about we discuss how 16 and less games played out for generations of players? (NEW THREAD) https://t.co/aLhTJEWby1

- Richard Sherman (@RSherman_25) February 21, 2020

Also, what does "capped" mean here? Only the high paid QBs will be receiving $250K? Sketchy language. https://t.co/5SGD7UDgEA
