.rpm download of OpenOffice
by wdarledge from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4ZPWE)
good day dudes and dudeses,
i have a bit of a problem, i know it will be simple to most of you but, i just downloaded an .rpm host of files assoc w/OpenOffice in a dir named 'en-us'...
i unpacked the .zip with Arc and now i have a bag full of cats... scratching and crying and what not.... i thought about feeding them, but then they'll just get more agitated....
Seriously tho... i looked on wiki how because I can't find much here on lq... i am sure i am key wording my search improperly... but, the answer i found in Google involved using the cpio command which doesn't sound very kosher for Slack...
can someone pls, point me in the right direction?
