I can't print $BASH

I have just used AWS and got my Ubuntu instance.
I started to learn shell scripting and I am in the second video where it is showing how to work with variables.
in a text file, I have written
#! /bin/bash
echo "Hello World"
echo $BASH
It just prints Hello World.
Kindly help me
