Installing KDE and Terminal message "encfs"

Hello i was trying to install KDE on my custom Xubuntu and i got a message on the Terminal about EnCFS and something to do with Security and it mentioned that it should not be a safe home for Sensitive data?
This is a quick question and i simply know absolutely Nothing about it what is it? heres a link some one posted about this that shows the same message i got on the terminal:
