/dev/sda1 - Low on Space, how to add more space

I have a Linux VM (CentOS5 - ESXi5.5) After running df- H, I an see:
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mount on
/dev/sda1 521M 471M 51M 91% /boot

It appears that the "dev/sda1" is low on space And I would like to increase it. I guess I would have to expand the drive via vSphere & expand the Hard drive.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=8Rdsal6bseM:QkOlJZhVnMU:F7zBnMy latest?i=8Rdsal6bseM:QkOlJZhVnMU:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=8Rdsal6bseM:QkOlJZhVnMU:gIN9vFw8Rdsal6bseM
