lower2UPPER and UPPER2lower simultaneously in vi

"vi" in the same txt file, this is my cmd to lowercase the UPPERCASE letters and UPPERCASE the lowercase letters at the same time:
:%!tr [a-z,A-Z] [A-Z,a-z]
Example: Translate-> tRANSLATE
Is there any other unique cmd to do the same?
