Mouse wired and wireless not working with 2in1 Convertible with Linux only

I have a unique problem I've never experienced somewhere else...
I am using a Lenovo yoga 2 pro with Kali Linux 2020.2 only. The yoga has a touchscreen and a Touchpad.
Some weeks ago, I ordered a cheap wireless mouse from Amazon, that unfortunately didn't work. So I've send it back and ordered a Logitech mouse. First time I plugged the mouse in, it worked! After next restart it stopped working. I tried it for many days and sometimes the mouse worked, but only for a session. Now I tried a wired Fujitsu Mouse I got from work, but it doesn't work either. Of course I've checked every mouse on my Windows Desktop and there it works without any issues.

What I tried:

dmesg - no error and no warnings. All Hardware is beeing recognized, but no sign of any USB port problems
I've figured out that all mices are using the generic HID Usb driver... forgot to copy the log. Cant find it anymore..
I disabled Fast Boot in BIOS.
Plugged the mouse in USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, but I receive no message or something that's indicating that there might be a problem.
I've checked the settings for mouse and touchpad to see if it's beeing recognized but not activated. No luck here either..

I am now trying to figure out where to enable the USB debugging in the Linux Kernel. (Linux Minerva 5.4.0-kali4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.4.19-1kali1 (2020-02-17) x86_64 GNU/Linux)

Any ideas what could cause the problem?latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=5MwVVYSu2Bs:m6thKsxw1eI:F7zBnMy latest?i=5MwVVYSu2Bs:m6thKsxw1eI:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=5MwVVYSu2Bs:m6thKsxw1eI:gIN9vFw5MwVVYSu2Bs
