Discover which program was installed and their respective services

Hi,
Does exist a way to find out which software has been installed in a server, and the services associated with this software ?
My company bought a server with Linux Red Hat 7.6 and a software installed in it.
From time to time we have some problems, and some features of the software stop working. We need to call support and several hours later, they connect to this server and fix the problem.
I need to know (when the server runs with no problems) which services are running and when a problem occurs, compare which serices are down or stopped, and then restart the service related to.
Thanks in advance.
