graphic problem with linux (zorin OS but also other distros) on toshiba satelte M70

Dear Linux user,
I have tried different linux distros to revitalize an old laptop (Toshiba M70).
Linux seems to work pretty well, except maybe for the cpu which often goes to maximum and activates the fan; but with different distributions I have a graphics problem like glich (see screenshot), maybe due to the drivers?
