Vivaldi - trouble establishing secure connection

Have had problems today connecting to some websites with Vivaldi, e.b. the Swedish National Archives, https://riksarkivet.se
I get the message "Establishing secure connection" in the status bar, and then it times out.
No issues when accessing the same sites using Chromium, and I had no issues accessing the very same websites yesterday.
Vivaldi 2.11.1811.47 built with Ruario's vivaldi-latest.sh script.
Of course it might be a website change over night producing this, but why, then, does it work with Chromium?
When running from a console I get the following:
