[ktown] Selecting Regional Settings crashes System Settings
by Gerard Lally from LinuxQuestions.org on (#50SWM)
Just trying Eric's ktown once again, on fully patched current.
I remember having a problem with Regional Settings before, although I think it was flickering and not doing much.
This time selecting Regional Settings crashes System Settings, and I get no chance to add a language. (British or Irish English)
/etc/profile.d/lang.sh:
Code:export LANG=en_GB.UTF-8As ever, many improvements, but regressions too. The KDE team do themselves no favours. Hard to believe people are pushing for Plasma's inclusion in Slackware when so fundamental a bug exists. What an impression that would give to a first-time user.
