How to configure(Monitor) SNMP traps for CPU Utilisation and Disk Usage in Linux servers using net-snmp ,snmpd.config file.

I want to get snmp traps , when cpu utilisation is reaching threshold value,for that I need to configure that in snmpd.config file but I did not find correct configuration. Hope I get help from you.
