Hi!
I just wanted to quickly introduce myself and provide a little about me, I've been using linux since the early 2000's and haven't really engaged much in the community until recently... My first distro was Slackware (I came from BSD), and eventually checked out fedora when it got hyped up at fedora 10-14. I went on to do some work on their infra team and am now fiddling in the land of Gentoo/Alpine Linux. I'm currently daily driving my own LFS build, though I plan to switch it to alpine for kicks and giggles. I currently work as an endpoint security analyst for a fortune 1000 company.
