KDE4 Okular and LaTeX build crashes.

Does anyone else recompile LaTeX documents (with Okular and the output PDF already open) and find that Okular crashes fairly regularly at seemingly random points as the PDF is being rebuilt? I get this on -current with Tex Live 2019, although the Okular shipped is 0.20.3, which is pretty decrepit according to the git log (late 2014 release by the looks of it):
