Need to shrink LV but cant add another HDD

Issue: I need to shrink/make /usr LV smaller

Context: RHEL7 | Physical server, can't add another HDD

• I have a server that was configure with 200G /usr LV need to make it 150G.
• The filesystem is xfs, All the space in the VG is used, resizing other LV won't provide the space need.
• I can't add another disk the system.

Question: Is there way to archive data on /usr, delete and recreate a LV for /usr and restore data without destory the system?
