Fedora 31 with apache2 how can I find the logs.

I am running my own site with apache2 and mysql on Fedora 31 desktop.
I am trying to get a shopping cart opencart working on it and have followed everything but the install just shows a white screen.
I do not know how to find any logs.
How do I add logs to the site?
