No Sound on Zorin OS 15.2

I have an HP ENVY 24-n014 All-In-One Desktop PC - Intel Core i5. It runs on win10 when I got. Then I installed Zorin OS 15.2 alongside. It looks and works great, except that when I boot it in Zorin, there is no sound :confused:. I tried several troubleshootings without success. I found this post online https://itsfoss.com/fix-sound-ubuntu-1304-quick-tip/ I tried all 5 methods listed; still cannot get the sound to work.
