WEbsites Not rendering -using Puppy Linux !!!

:study: Hello there Fellow Linux heads /devotees --using Puppy linux "slacko 5.4.2 " on my Linux box -<as of writng this letter>.
When ilog onto many websites I csannot get omto them -somelike "lack of Cypher connection error " message comes up --(I cannot even log onto Wikipedia!!!!! what gives with this StRange behavior??
coul;d it be my browser is out-dated?? <grrrwoonnnn> or most websites are made with a Windows / MAC compatible coding ,,therefore Linux Enabled browsers are out-of-the-loop for modern Coomunication ?? [ BTW my ISP provider is Spectrum /time warner]. adios ,chilibowl
