Backup entire /home directory with DropBox

Hi All,
I've just installed DropBox on Debian Testing. Its default is to back up just my user home directory. I want to back up my entire /home directory so my two other users' files are backed up as well. Can I select specific directories and exclude others? I'm not finding an answer online. Help please?
