Fedora's Git forge decision

Back in February, LWN reported on theprocess of gathering requirements for a Git forge system. That processthen went relatively quiet until March 28, when the posting of a"CPE Weekly" news summary included, under "other updates", a note thatthe decision has been made. It appears that the project will be pushedtoward a not-fully-free version of the GitLab offering.
