ZOOM gdebi or add Ubuntu repository

Since ZOOM teleconferencing software is not in the Bodhi App Center would it be advisable to install it via a .deb file from the ZOOM web page or add the Ubuntu repository, download through tne newly added repo, and to prepare for future updates?
