citrix SSL error 61

I have installed for the first time citrix 18.8.0.31 on my Slackware 14.2 desktop.
Trying to login I get the next error:Sectigo RSA Organization Validation Secure Server CA, error 61, contact your organization's helpdesk.
Helpdesk says connection to Citrix not secured for this operatingsystem.
So I cannot use Citrix, are there other people (in The Netherlands) who has the same problem, or has a solution?
