Migrate data from LV to (LV RAID 0)

Hello,

I would like to migrate data from /dev/sdd to /dev/sde and /dev/sdf

/dev/sde and /dev/sdf must use LVM type RAID 0 ( for performance).

/dev/sdd : is the old LVM
/dev/sde and /dev/sdf ( type raid0) are the new LVM

sdd 8:48 0 32G 0 disk
