Keys and keyboard backlight

I've just installed Ubuntu 19.10 on an Asus ROG Strix.
The "Fn" button doesn't work (and so the functions like monitor brightness, volume, and keyboard backlight).
Moreover, the keyboard backlight is not a fixed light, but is flashing. Is there a way to fix it?
