Samba SMB3 date/time problem

I have an annoying problem with file date/time when copying to a CIFS share. I did quite some googling but remain stuck:

I have a file server in the intranet, running Debian 10.3 and Samba 2:4.9.5+dfsg-5+deb10u1
I have a work station. running Linux Mint Debian Ed. Debbie (Debian 10.3) and Samba 2:4.9.5+dfsg-5+deb10u1, cifs-utils 2:6.8-2

On the work station I have a CIFS share from the file server mounted in /etc/fstab like
//server202/Temp /mnt cifs vers=3.1.1,users,noauto 0 0

Previously I used SMB1 protocol and all ran fine, but it is deprecated due to varios security reasons.
So I switched to SMB3 (vers=3.1.1), since then the date/time trouble (actually with all versions above 1.0).
CIFS Unix extensions are set to 'yes' in the server, nevertheless at the client mount reports 'nounix'
- because Unix extensions are currently only supported by Samba for Vers=1.0"
Improved POSIX extensions are in work for vers=3.1.1 but not ready yet"

So, without Unix extensions, I have now:
When I copy a file from local to the share via cp -ap or through Wine (I love Total Commander), the copy gets the current date/time :(
When I copy a file from local to the share via Gnome Commander or Midnight Commander or Nemo File manager, the copy gets the original date/time :)

What is the difference there, and how could I get cp / Wine to set the desired original date/time?latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=8-BmsGCJfz0:qcJ5MdW76L0:F7zBnMy latest?i=8-BmsGCJfz0:qcJ5MdW76L0:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=8-BmsGCJfz0:qcJ5MdW76L0:gIN9vFw8-BmsGCJfz0
