Is there an app that uses spare CPU cycles to help others, something like seti-at-home?

I read today about a smartphone app that is being used to carry out calculations for scientists working on possible covid treatments. I don't have a smartphone but I wondered if there was anything similar for proper computers. I feel pretty useless trapped at home and am looking around for something helpful to do.
