cannot install jasper server in centos 8

when ./TIB_js-jrs-cp_7.5.0_linux_x86_64.run the installer doesnot open and there is no response
what is the problem exacully

I installed centos8 in virtual machine...
I want to install jasper report server
I download the installer:
TIB_js-jrs-cp_7.5.0_linux_x86_64.run
I make a new folder in the downloades of linix called hananDownloads\hanan\TIB_js-jrs-cp_7.5.0_linux_x86_64.run
I cd into that location
when I try to run the TIB_js-jrs-cp_7.5.0_linux_x86_64.run
nothing happen '
what I shall do to run the installer?
