Which linux distro has GUI to adjust screen size (not resolution)?

I need to adjust the screen size on the display (TV), not resolution. There couple of OSes like Libreelec, Kodi, and windows with Nvidia adjustment.

These have GUI to adjust the corner to of screen to make sure it fits the entire display, TV. I have already tried some CMD line solution but they don't work well and the TV doesn't have any adjustment either for overscan/underscan.

So, there got to be linux distro which has this feature build it, right?

See attached examples from other Windows or non-desktop Libreelec/Kodi (linux).
