Touchpad and scrolling issue on Gnome

Hi
I am using Fedora 31 and I have problems with my Touchpad on Gnome Desktop: the two-fingers scrolling is two sensitive and jumpy. On the GUI, there is not option that let me control this. Here are the informations about the touchpad using libinput listdevices:
