usb tethering under debian 10.3

Hi all,
After upgrading galaxy s9 software I am not being able to connect to the internet using usb tethering and mobile data, I am able to connect through mobile data from the phone but not from my laptop, also mobile and bluetooth tethering work fine, how can I fix this ??
