I can't use the USB celullar modem as a hotspot in debian 9

Hi all, how are you?. I'm using a usb cellular for internet in debian 9 and works perfectly well but I now want to use it to create a hotspot from debian through wifi (the modem is only usb) but when I try to create the hotspot from debian native program the network created for/by the modem doesn't appear as possible one to share by the hotspot, how can I solve this problem.
